How do I book a shipment?

Open Book a Shipment, select the transport and destination, enter package details, photos and dimensions, then complete the booking.

Which shipping methods are available?

The booking form offers air, ocean and land freight. The suitable service depends on destination, cargo and availability.

How is shipment volume (CBM) calculated?

Enter dimensions in centimetres. CBM = length × width × height × quantity ÷ 1,000,000. The team verifies measurements at receipt.

How can I get a price and transit time?

Price and timing depend on destination, transport, volume, weight, cargo and requested services. Complete the booking details so the team can review them and provide a suitable quotation.

Does urgent shipping cost extra?

Additional fees may apply for urgent shipping, depending on the shipment and available service.

Do I need SABER or a conformity certificate?

Requirements depend on the product, customs classification and destination. Enter the category and product type so applicable certificates can be reviewed. If you have no certificate, select that option.

Where are my saved drafts?

Choose View drafts on the booking page. Drafts are saved in the browser and device used to save them. New drafts include photos.

How do I track my shipment?

Open Tracking on the homepage and enter your shipment tracking number.
